How can I tell if my order has been posted?
Orders are very rarely posted the day of purchase, if this was the case I would be endlessly at the post office and not my workshop! For this case I typically post orders every Monday morning UK time. When your order is posted you will be sent a confirmation email
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I post my knives all over the world with Royal Mail.
Where is the tracking number for my order?
Usually I only send large international orders i.e. orders which contain multiple blades or handled blades tracked. This is to keep cost of postage down. If your parcel does have tracking, there should be a link to the tracking in the confirmation of dispatch email.
UK parcels are not sent tracked as they are delivered quickly and I cannot take these packages to the post office and have to take them to the delivery office which is seldom open!
How long does delivery take?
This varies quite a bit.

Typically UK packages will not take more than one day. and are usually delivered the next working day after dispatchInternational
Typically international orders do not take more than 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Obviously this depends on where in the world you are, but it is not usually more than 2 weeks.
How much is postage?
You can find the postage cost of your order when you go to complete your order and fill in your address. No payment details are required.
