Definitely a carrot! Hand forged from EN42J to a thickness of about 2.7mm and ground to 25°. Polished to a mirror finish and razor edge. Blade lengths are approximately 70mm. Handle wood is london plane painted with acrylic. Comes with a carrot sheath
